Arrival & Departure:
- Check in 4pm onwards (Riverside Cottages & 2 Lumford House)
- Check in 2pm onwards (Grange Barn)
- Check out is by 10am prompt
- We offer a contactless check in and check out service, keys are located in the lock box by the door and the code is emailed to guests prior to arrival
Cooking & Dining:
For any kitchen items that are absolutely vital for your stay, please check with us before your visit to ensure it is available (as things do sometimes get broken). The following kitchen appliances are supplied in each property:
- Pots, pans, roasting tins, crockery, glassware and cutlery
- Gas hob and electric oven
- Microwave
- Kettle
- Toaster
- Cafetiere
- Dishwasher
- Fridge freezer
Outside:
- Two parking spaces per property (nearby parking available at 2 Lumford House)
- Outdoor table and chairs are available during the summer months from 1st April to 30th September
- BBQ's are available during the summer months from 1st April to 30th September (you will need to provide your own charcoal) **Please note Grange Barn does not permit the use of BBQ's, this includes disposables

- Close by to the popular tourist towns of Bakewell, Buxton, Ashford in the Water, Baslow, Calver, Matlock, Hope Valley and many more
Shopping Delivery Information:
- For ease, lots of our guests pre-order a shopping delivery. You are very welcome to organise this however, please do make sure you have arranged the delivery time slot to arrive after you have checked in, as we are unable to accept it on your behalf
- Our guests often ask for recommendations for local farm shops and butchers. Sauced Here has similar functionality to an online supermarket but is only stocked by local suppliers in the Peak District - order your wine, meat, vegetables, dairy and so much more with a choice of over a thousand products and at reasonable prices. It's a great service which delivers straight to your holiday cottage or you can click and collect at a local pick up point
