4 Island Street has three bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests and is located in the centre of Salcombe. It’s a short flat walk to the buzzing high street for your morning newspaper and croissant run, and only a stones throw from the waters edge to get paddle boarding or to pick up your crew for a day exploring the beaches.

The fisherman's cottage offers a home-from-home experience, providing the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families. Entering the cottage, the stone tiled hallway leads to the beautifully furnished sitting room with comfortable sofas, beanbag and television; a great space for relaxing at the end of a busy day.

This leads to the large, open plan dining and well-appointed kitchen area. There is also a downstairs loo. The back door off the kitchen leads out to a small courtyard with an outdoor hot shower – the perfect place to wash off sandy toes and wetsuits after a day on the beach. There is also a garden bench, table and chairs to use in the courtyard as a further area for entertaining.

Upstairs you’ll find an elegantly furnished kingsize bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds (only the lower bunks to be used for 2 guests) and a gorgeous family shower room. A further double bedroom has a glass door out to a decked balcony with views of Fish Quay, Shadycombe and the Batson Creeks. There is a wooden table and seating for six so you’ll be able to enjoy an alfresco meal, evening drinks, or the opportunity to read a book in the sunshine.
